And actress Ana Roces is one of the many who proves that.
Though hitting her 41st year recently, the 80’s star is still alluring and dazzling in her fit and sexy body.
Known for her shows in the 80’s and 90’s, Roces now stars on Kapamilya primetime show Ikaw Lang ang Iibigin which have Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson as lead acts.
But Ana’s beauty is still at par with the young showbiz faces and her acting skills is still on its prime.
It can be remembered that Ana rose to stardom as she was an alumna of popular TV show That’s Entertainment.
After that, she proceeded to star on different shows and films.
And up to this day, almost two decades after her prime, she is still on top form.
She is a mother of two, an active housewife and a ptofessional development/corporate image coach.
Ana participated in the recently heldnGolden Fiesta Canola Oil Heart Healthy Camp Celebrity edition last November 26, in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
With an exclusive imterview with showbiz website PE on that event, Ana disclosed some of her secrets in keeping her body sexy and firm despite her age.
“I wake up early every day, so I sleep early. I sleep at least eight to nine hours a day, except pag may taping ako. But when I’m taping, it’s long hours, I make sure pag di ko eksena, I sleep. As important, I don’t drink; zero alcohol, no smoking, never. It’s really healthy lifestyle,” she shared.
Though she is enjoying her sexy figure, she revealed that she don’t have any special and controlled diet.
“Everything in moderation, walang special diet,” she said in between laughs.
She also encouraged others to shift to healthier choices of food that will surely benefit our body.
Ana declared, “I also shifted to brown rice, wheat bread, less fatty meats, more on tuna, chicken. Ialso eat beef, pero lean. I try to eat healthy.”
As and addition, she maintains an active and strong lifestyle and has a regular schedule of workout days in the gym.
“I exercise. I do Zumba. I dance two to three times a week. I also work out with light weights. Kasi nga when you age, we lose our muscles,” Ana shared about her fitness regimen.
With all this in mind, and in action, Ana keeps her youthful look and sexy physique.
She truly is a literality of “true beauty doen’t know any age.”
