Her flowing brownish-gold hair laid the way for her to be known not only in her country but also in the world as the face of hair care brand Pantene.
But before she achieved her real-life ‘Rapunzel-like’ mane, can you believe that she was diagnosed with alopecia when she was 18 year old?
According to doctors, alopecia is a condition resulting to having bald patches or in extreme cases, total baldness.
This hair loss is mainly contributed to stress but up to this day, researches have failed to single out the causes to androgenetic alopecia.
Due to her condition, Anastasiya lost her self-confidence.
But not so long after she was diagnosed, she begun to make ways so she can regain her lost hair- and confidence.
She started medication and applied sulfate shampoos and keratin treatment according to the advices of her trichologist (hair loss expert).
In addition, she consumed a healthy diet and maintenance supplements omega-3 and vitamin D.
Becaude of her inspirational journey, she decided to become a trichologist herself to help people experiencing what she have been trough.
She now is a well-known trichologist and give tips through her Instagram account about shampoo and hair-care tips.
She said, “Before you decide on which shampoo suits you, you need to decide on the type of hair. Improperly selected shampoo can damage your hair very badly. For example, if you have dry hair, start using shampoo for oily hair, you remove all that natural fat, without which the normal condition of the hair, which is already lacking, is impossible. You will dry the scalp and make your hair very fragile, brittle.”
