Afterall, it have been an insane lovestory of gym and muscles.
A dominant physique enclosed in his child body is all he needed to grab the world’s attention.
And after years, and a lot, of guestings and shows, the then-child bodybuilder has finally gave up his rigorous and extreme workouts.
Richard Sandrak, more popularly known as Kid Hercules, came into the limelight after showing how ripped his body is even he’s just eight-years old.
His toned physique is already fascinating but the means on how he achieved it is more jaw-dropping: 600 push-ups and sit-ups per day!
Well, that may put the capabilities of inactive adults into test.
Due to his extraordinary muscular body, he gained worldwide interest that even stars like wrestler Hulk Hogan was mesmerized.
However, many people also criticized his father and concluded that he is being pushed too far than the capabilities of an eight-year old can attain.
And now, after almost 18 years, Sandrak has quitted his extraordinary journey to being so musculine that we can safely say all his muscles are developed.
He now works in Universal Studios as a stuntman and shoots for several shows a day.
Though his work now does not practically require him to be extraordinarily muscular, he is still keeping an active lifestyle to be at par with the energy of action movies.
And as website sarcasm.club put it, Kid Hercules now became Richard Sandrak.
Hats off to a one-of-a-kind journey.
